Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and the Prize forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. By entering, registering or participating in this Competition, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees and acknowledges that these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to this Competition are final and binding. 2. The Promoter’s employees, contractors, agents (including agencies associated with this Competition) and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entrants can only enter in their own name and entry is limited to one entry per individual. 3. The Competition will be open from 6th April 2011 at 00:01 EST and concludes on 30 June 2011 at 11:59pm EST.

 4. The Prize comprises: at the election of the winner. The total value of the Prize is $5000 cash. 6. To enter the Competition, entrants are required to sign up to MoneySaver deals, register their details, to be notified of daily deals. 
7. The Prize will be awarded drawn at random. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed ineligible and disregarded. 

 8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

 9. The Prize draw will take place at the Promoter’s premises at 142 Dorcas Street, South Melbourne VICTORIA 3205 on 7 July 2011. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail or email and the winner’s details will be published on www.moneysaverdeals.com.au 10. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated Prize delivery address or nominated bank account. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 11. Should the Prize remain unclaimed, an unclaimed Prize draw will take place on 7 August 2011 at the Promoter’s premises at 142 Dorcas Street South Melbourne, VICTORIA 3205. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail or email and the winner’s details will be published on www.moneysaverdeals.com.au 12. If the Prize remains unclaimed after the unclaimed Prize draw it will remain the property of the Promoter. 13. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of entry. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. 

 14. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned (including lost email, data, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition) the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. 15. The Promoter is not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants resulting from participation in, or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in, this Competition. 

 16. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant and the Prize winner irrevocably waives all rights against the Promoter, its employees, servants, agents, independent contractors or representatives (together, the ‘Indemnified Persons’) and release and discharge the Indemnified Persons from all claims, liability, costs, expenses, damages or losses (whether direct, indirect or consequential and whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage or otherwise) arising from or in connection with the Competition or the Prize. These terms do not limit or exclude liability to the extent that liability cannot, by law, be limited or excluded. 

 17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Competition. If the requested personal information is not provided as part of an entry, the Promoter will not be able to include the entry in the Prize draw. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Competition or communicating with entrants.
